Payments to be made prior to item being made. Items will be made in a timely manner. Most items will be shipped out within a week from payment, more complicated or larger items will obviously take a little more time. But I will be sure to keep in contact with progress of items purchased.
No refunds. If there is a defect I will gladly repair item at my cost, but I inspect items for quality before sending out...
